I enforce civil money judgments for a percentage of net recovery. Current portfolio includes 30+ cases with a face value over $2,000,000. I investigate judgment debtors to identify assets and streams of income. I have engaged in substantial motion practice in state and bankruptcy court. I conceived and executed a plan to purchase and data-mine 30 million public records, and edited a chapter in what used to be Nolo Press's book on judgment enforcement. I worked part-time for a white-shoe 43-year trial attorney in Colorado who described me as “the best paralegal I’ve ever worked with”.
