Webinar: “Ethical Use of Subpoenas and Notices to Consumer”

You will learn about the proper use of the five different types of Subpoenas and the statutes that govern each. You will also learn the proper use of Notices to Consumer.

This presentation is FREE for all CAJP Members and is just $25.00 for non-Members. For CAJP Members, please log-in to your Members Only Portal on CAJP’s website at cajp.org, then register while logged in to be able to attend this Webinar for free. CAJP Members cannot register directly on CAJP’s website without first logging into their Members Only Portal. All non-Members can only register directly on CAJP’s website and must pay $25.00 to attend.

-All registrants will be emailed the link to sign on to the webinar the day before the Webinar, along with a copy of the Handout.  All registrants are strongly encouraged to click the link in said email and get signed on to the webinar between 3:30 p.m. and 3:40 p.m., the afternoon of the Class to make sure your system is working properly and you can connect.  There will be no one to help with technical difficulties after 3:40 p.m.

-The Handout materials have been submitted to the State Bar of California for approval of one hour of Minimum Continuing Legal Education (MCLE) credit. Hopefully, we will obtain approval prior to the event and will make the announcement accordingly. Upon receiving approval, each Attendee who desires MCLE credit will receive a Certificate of Attendance providing one hour of Ethics MCLE credit.
