This Class is not recorded or available for viewing after the event.

Each person who timely registers will be emailed a digital version of the Course Book the day before the Class.

Registration closes at 12:00 noon (PDT) on Friday April 19, 2024.

At the Class, you will learn the Basics of Judgment Enforcement, including:

– The Structure of a Judgment

– How to find Judgments to Enforce

– Assignment of the Judgment

– Investigating the Judgment Debtor

– Developing an Enforcement Strategy

– Procedures for: Writ of Execution, Earnings Withholding Order, Bank and Other

Levies, Keepers and Till Taps, Debtor’s Examinations

– Courtroom Etiquette

– Debtor’s Rights & the FDCPA

– Setting Up Your Judgment Enforcement Business

– Marketing & Advertising

– This Class is a prerequisite to attain “Regular Membership” status in the CAJP.

 

 

First-Time Attendees: Costs are per person, as follows:

Cost for each First Time CAJP Member or their guests: $150.00 per person

{CAJP Members must log into his/her/their Members Only profile on CAJP’s website to register for the event in order to get the Member price.}

Cost for each First-Time Non-CAJP Member: $200.00 per person

 

Retake Attendees: Costs are per person, as follows:

If you have taken the Judgment Enforcement Fundamentals Class previously and would like to re-take the Class, you may use your Course Book from your previous Class and pay only the Retake cost. (“Retake” Attendees are NOT provided the current version of the Course Book unless they pay the full price for the Class)

Cost for each Retake CAJP Member: $50.00 per person

{CAJP Members must log into his/her/their Members Only profile on CAJP’s website to register for the event in order to get the Member price.}

 

Cost for each Retake Non-CAJP Member: $75.00 per person
