Emergency Board Meeting to Adopt Conflict of Interest Policy

This is an online meeting to officially adopt the Conflict of Interest Policy after revisions by our corporate attorney before the end of the new year. It should last not more than about 5-10 minutes, and there will be NO public comment period.
