About the Presenter: Gretchen Lichtenberger

Gretchen Lichtenberger is a veteran judgment enforcer in Ventura County and the owner of Justice Matters, a paralegal firm specializing in judgment and child support enforcement. As Chair of CAJP’s Legislative Committee, she serves as our industry's voice in Sacramento—meeting with legislators, reviewing proposed Bills, and ensuring judgment enforcement professionals are represented in state policy discussions, as well as interacting with the Judicial Council for the revision and creation of their legal Forms related to the judgment enforcement industry.

Her ongoing advocacy includes:

• Championing the rights of judgment enforcers before lawmakers
• Monitoring and reviewing new active Bills
• Proposing amendments and guiding edits to protect enforcement tools
• Reviewing and influencing Judicial Council form changes
