The Leading Organization for Judgment Recovery Professionals
The CAJP was formed by a group of dedicated, experienced judgment recovery specialists, living and operating businesses in the State of California. The purpose was to organize and to share ideas, experience and resources in order to more effectively enforce court judgments. Since its founding in 1999 the CAJP has grown to include over 180 judgment recovery specialists throughout California. As with many professional associations, new members often have varied experience and knowledge. All new CAJP members are required to take a certification test, prove their business identity and business status, and to pay their CAJP dues. CAJP members adhere to strict professional guidelines when collecting judgments.
Judgment Recovery in California
As a California-focused professional organization, our members are uniquely specialized in the collection of California judgments. Some of our members affect judgment recovery throughout the country as well as internationally. Some are associated with other national organizations which assists in nationwide networking to collect judgments where a debtor has skipped.
